Location:  Go 2 miles south of Formoso, KS on 280 Rd and 1.5 miles west on M Rd.

Auction Terms:  Buyer and Seller will enter into a written purchase agreement with 10% of the purchase price due the day of the sale.  Balance due in certified funds at closing on or before Sept  11, 2026.  Buyer will take full possession on December 1, 2026. Seller will provide merchantable title by a Warranty Deed with Title Insurance.  Cost of title insurance and. escrow closing fees will be split 50/50 between Buyer and Seller. Collier Abstract and Title will be the escrow and closing agent for the sale.  Current taxes are $1565.36 and will be prorated to date of closing.
