Deborah has nearly 20 years in the real estate industry, including 8 as a broker in Kansas and Nebraska, and founded Warne Real Estate.

Before real estate, she spent 35 years as a speech/language pathologist, giving her a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building. She’s an attentive listener, committed to understanding clients’ needs, delivering top-notch customer service, and closing deals successfully.

A Jewell County resident for 50 years, Deborah is active in her church and serves on the Jewell County Strong nonprofit board. Married to her high school sweetheart, David, she enjoys sunrises, art projects, and time with her seven grandchildren. She looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs!

Licensed in Nebraska and Kansas since 2018, Neil brings a strong financial background and deep agricultural roots to Warne Real Estate. After college, he spent eight years in banking and lending, experience that continues to benefit his clients.

Neil later returned home to the family business, Mankato Livestock, where he built a successful career as a professional auctioneer. His accomplishments include being named the 2018 Nebraska State Champion Auctioneer, 2018 Kansas Livestock Champion, and qualifying for the World Livestock Auctioneer Championship for ten consecutive years.

Neil lives in rural northern Jewell County with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Burkley and Andi. He is committed to serving clients with trusted expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a dedication to service.

Meghan has been helping clients with their real estate needs for over 10 years. A lifelong resident of Jewell County, she has a deep appreciation for rural Kansas living and small-town values.
