Deborah has nearly 20 years in the real estate industry, including 8 as a broker in Kansas and Nebraska, and founded Warne Real Estate.
Before real estate, she spent 35 years as a speech/language pathologist, giving her a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building. She’s an attentive listener, committed to understanding clients’ needs, delivering top-notch customer service, and closing deals successfully.
A Jewell County resident for 50 years, Deborah is active in her church and serves on the Jewell County Strong nonprofit board. Married to her high school sweetheart, David, she enjoys sunrises, art projects, and time with her seven grandchildren. She looks forward to helping you with all your real estate needs!
Neil Bouray
Licensed in Nebraska and Kansas since 2018, Neil brings a strong financial background and deep agricultural roots to Warne Real Estate. After college, he spent eight years in banking and lending, experience that continues to benefit his clients.
Neil later returned home to the family business, Mankato Livestock, where he built a successful career as a professional auctioneer. His accomplishments include being named the 2018 Nebraska State Champion Auctioneer, 2018 Kansas Livestock Champion, and qualifying for the World Livestock Auctioneer Championship for ten consecutive years.
Neil lives in rural northern Jewell County with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Burkley and Andi. He is committed to serving clients with trusted expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a dedication to service.
Meghan McMillan
Meghan has been helping clients with their real estate needs for over 10 years. A lifelong resident of Jewell County, she has a deep appreciation for rural Kansas living and small-town values.
She values the flexibility real estate provides, allowing her to enjoy time with her husband, Blake, their two children, and their two dogs.

Matt Becker
Matt’s roots run deep in Jewell county and is proud to call it home. Matt is part owner of Becker and Bouray auction where they specialize in selling personal property. So with 20 years experience in the auction industry, Matt decided to get his real estate license in 2018 to go along with the auction business.
Matt his wife and two sons are involved in farming/livestock operation on the family farm.
Matt has a strong back ground and knowledge of agriculture land in Jewell county. Matt enjoys working with Warne Real Estate and looks to helping others buy and sell real estate.
Jill Henry
Jill Henry brings a practical, people-first approach to real estate, shaped by hands-on experience as an investor, homeowner, and problem-solver. From buying and selling to managing properties, remodels, and rural living, she understands real estate from the inside out.
Jill lives on a small acreage in Kansas with her husband, Derek, where their hands-on lifestyle gives her insight into how homes and land are used day to day. Through her educational online presence, she enjoys helping others better understand real estate and homeownership in an approachable, down-to-earth way.
