This live auction will take place In Mankato, Kansas at the Mankato Livestock Conference Room on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase some nice pasture and crop ground in Jewell County in north central Kansas! Two tracts of land will be sold.

Tract 1 - Section 4 Township 01 Range 09W

Approximately 265 acres that includes both rolling pasture and crop ground. Includes approximately 75 acres of tillable farm ground with the rest in pasture/grass. This pasture has 2 ponds, fair fence, and plentiful grass. Located about 9 miles north of Burr Oak, Kansas right off Highway 128, just south of the Nebraska state line. A survey is scheduled to be completed prior to the date of auction to determine exact acres and boundary lines.

Terms of Auction: 10% down day of auction. Balance due at closing with certified funds. Closing set for December 1, 2025 or sooner. Possession given at closing. Closing costs to be split evenly between buyer and seller. Taxes will be prorated to closing date.
